We are looking for a skilled and driven Robot Operator to join our robotics team developing humanoid robots for industrial automation. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robots and the opportunity to play a critical part in applying robotic automation and embodied AI to a wide range of customer use cases.

This appeals to you

Build and curate high-quality robot training datasets through hands-on teleoperation
Rigorously evaluate the performance of trained robotic skills across a wide variety of real-world operating conditions
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to continuously improve the processes for training, evaluating, and deploying policies on our robots
Help establish best practices for robot operation, data collection, and policy evaluation

This is you

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Practical experience operating robots; experience with ROS2 is highly preferred
Strong personal drive, reliability, and a demonstrated work ethic
Comfort working within a team on fast-moving projects
Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills
