The position and the working location are based in the LATAM region.
Your responsibilities
- Support of our international mobile operator customers for Comfone's IPX and roaming hub services
- Handling of customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis and reporting
- Testing and documentation of customer services
- Monitoring of Comfone international networks (SS7, Diameter, GRX) and service systems (STPs, DRAs, roaming hub)
- On-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support
Your ideal profile
- Good communication skills with sensibility to an international environment
- Technical education in telecommunications with knowledge of mobile networks
- Experience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS protocols, and roaming technology
- English proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Other languages are a plus
- Team spirit and willingness to do on-call duty service
- Communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment
