The client wants to build an IRE (isolated recovery environment). They need help with the concept (phase 1) and proof or value (phase 2) Experience in setting up resilient datacenter configurations (hot-hot, hot-cold), ideally also in establishing a third location for disaster recovery. Experience in designing disaster recovery strategies and concepts. Execution of disaster recovery test runs (rebuilding a minimal banking environment within defined RTO parameters). The client has on-premise infrastructure where they want to do it.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- The client wants to build an IRE (isolated recovery environment).
- They need help with the concept (phase 1) and proof or value (phase 2)
- Experience in setting up resilient datacenter configurations (hot-hot, hot-cold), ideally also in establishing a third location for disaster recovery.
- Experience in designing disaster recovery strategies and concepts.
- Execution of disaster recovery test runs (rebuilding a minimal banking environment within defined RTO parameters).
- The client has on-premise infrastructure where they want to do it.
Ihr Profil:
- Experience in setting up resilient datacenter configurations
- Experience with on-premise base services such as AD
- Entra and up the stack to middleware level (ideally VMware, NetApp)
- Experience with backups (including data and VM snapshots)
- Experience with immutable backups and tools such as Cohesity, Commvault
