You are the point of contact for all HR-related matters
With support from our external payroll provider, you ensure all administrative HR processes are executed correctly and on time
You are responsible for reporting on HR KPIs like Headcount and FTE
You act as a sparring partner for our managers in all HR-related topics
You are responsible for the whole Employee Life Cycle
You oversee the hiring process to ensure we recruit top talent to our team
You run an effective onboarding program to help new employees quickly integrate into our team
You actively contribute to shaping and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating company culture
You ensure all HR processes comply with legal requirements and develop policies that reflect our values and drive hands-on the HR operations

This is you

Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar, with further HR qualifications and labor law knowledge required for building an HR organization
At least 7 years of experience in HR, ideally in a tech start-up environment.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Passion for people and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Solution-oriented, analytical thinking
Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
