Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications using Rust
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product owners
- Contribute to software architecture and design discussions
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews
- Support integration with hardware or existing infrastructure in pharmaceutical environments
What you bring:
- Hands-on experience in software development using Rust (personal, academic, or professional projects welcome)
- Familiarity with systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of or interest in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, biotech) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Background in data processing, bioinformatics, or embedded systems
- Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) or validation processes
